I’m Natalie Rix, an occupational therapist specializing in maternal and infant care. I support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood by addressing the physical, emotional, and nervous system changes that come with these seasons. My work includes pelvic floor therapy, pre and postnatal exercise, and infant bodywork and massage to support feeding, regulation, and early development.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Nebraska Wesleyan University and my Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. This foundation allows me to integrate movement science, functional rehabilitation, and nervous system regulation into care that is both evidence-based and deeply individualized. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the whole person. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where mothers and infants feel seen, empowered, and restored-physically, emotionally, and functionally.

Outside of work I love spending time with my family. My husband is physical therapist and professor at LCU. We have two beautiful children-Eleanor is 3 and Barrett is 1. They are so fun and keep us on our toes. We love sports and doing anything outside.
